Surprisingly dry. Lovely maple finish. Serve as you would an ice wine or aperitif: chilled in a small glass.
While it is not recommended for main course pairing, it makes a nice accompaniment to walnuts and creamy cheeses. It should be served chilled to a temperature of 14 degrees Celsius.
