Our Cherry wine is an enigma; it has all the makings of a full-bodied red wine, with a cheeky hint of port. Bold enough to stand up to most red meats, it serves equally well as an after-dinner sipping wine. Subtle enough to send your tastebuds into glory when paired with creamy cheeses.
This wine is an excellent candidate for cellaring. A little aging (if you're able to resist opening the bottle) will enhance the flavour of our Cherry Wine remarkably. Buy an extra bottle, store it for a year or two, and see the difference for yourself.
