Sweetness level of 2-3, our Apple-Maple Wine is best served as an aperitif or digestif. The first taste to come through will be the apple, followed soon by the smoothness of the maple. This wine has a low to medium acidity and an alcohol level of 13 percent.
While it is not recommended for main course pairing, it makes a nice accompaniment to ice cream, sugar or pecan pie, walnuts and creamy cheeses. It should be served chilled to a temperature of 14 degrees Celsius.
